Gallery Print respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

Photos you upload

Photos you upload to the “Your photo” service are used only to create your preview and print files. They are stored privately on our server, are never published, never used for marketing and never used to train AI models by us. Your photo and the results are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Location data (EXIF/GPS) is removed when you upload.

To create the result we send the photo to an AI image-processing provider (for example Replicate), which processes it on our behalf and does not keep it longer than needed to process the request.

Your e-mail address

We use it only to send your preview link, your download link and messages about your order. No newsletter, no selling or sharing of addresses. It is removed from the order record after 30 days.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal (design downloads and the photo service), Gumroad or Etsy. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies & logs

We do not use advertising cookies. Our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages visited) for security and abuse prevention.

Your rights

Write to us through the contact page and we will delete your photo, results and e-mail immediately.
